We believe being a responsible business means looking beyond the services we provide, supporting our people and communities, reducing our environmental impact and continually improving the way we operate.
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles are an important part of that commitment. While our approach continues to evolve, we’re focused on making practical improvements that have a positive impact on our colleagues, clients, communities and the environment.
Environmental
We’re committed to understanding and reducing our environmental impact. We work with Green Small Business to help us develop and maintain a robust environmental management system, create environmental policies and measure our carbon footprint.
Across the firm, we also use Giki, an employee sustainability engagement platform that encourages colleagues to make small, practical changes both at work and at home. We believe that collective action, however small, can make a meaningful difference.
