Growth of Client Facing HR

Fantastic news that the Client Facing HR Team has grown, and Juliet now has Kim Baden, Senior HR Advisor, for additional support in all things HR client facing. This exciting addition will not only provide increased resources and capacity, but will also enable further growth within the HR client facing function.

Kim’s role will concentrate on providing additional support to Juliet with Business Development through increased visibility and social media, whilst also providing advice and guidance to our current clients.

This will allow us to provide even more comprehensive support to our clients, while driving new opportunities for growth.

We offer two flexible ways to work with clients, depending on their specific needs:

  1. Ad-hoc Consultancy: This is charged at an hourly rate, or set fee e.g. for a contract of employment, and can be used for specific, on-demand advice and support.
  2. Retained Agreement: This option is billed monthly and offers a comprehensive package. Clients on a retained agreement will have access to everyday phone and email advice, as well as document templates to support the guidance provided (e.g., disciplinary invite and outcome letters).

As a team, we really want to maximise internal referrals, so we will be looking at innovative ways to grow our HR referrals through new and existing clients working closely with our Account Manager colleagues.

Please speak with Kim or me if you feel we can support any of your existing clients with their people needs, no matter how big or small.
