Pierrepont Street makeover and move – mission accomplished!

It all began back on a chilly January morning when the plans to move our Moore SW team from Gay Street to Pierrepont Street were still very much on the downlow.

Before we could roll out the welcome mat, the decorators got to work, giving Pierrepont Street the long-overdue refresh it deserved.

Cue a bit of chaos: desks were cleared, floors were stripped, and staff packed up to work from home to avoid becoming part of the paint job.

By mid-February, the decorating was in full swing. The admin room was first to be finished, and a very cheerful Zoe and Ros could be seen enjoying their newly spruced-up space.

Martin’s weekly email updates kept everyone in the loop as people juggled hot-desking and homeworking while the finishing touches were applied. With the paint barely dry, plans to move the Gay Street crew began to gather pace.

Fast forward to D-Day, the weekend of 29th March, and the big move was underway.

Desks were allocated, favourite chairs claimed, and personal bits and bobs found new homes. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a month already!

We wanted to say a massive thank you to David, Andy and Brandon for making sure all the furniture and IT kit was in place and ready for our return at the end of March.

What better way to mark a new chapter than with breakfast in the boardroom? Thanks to Ros and Zoe for supplying the pastries and a perfect (and very tasty) start to life at Pierrepont Street!
