Dominic joined Monahans in 2008 and is Head of Tax and Corporate Finance. He trained with PwC before moving into industry with WPP, one of the world’s largest advertising and media groups, where he worked in tax and mergers and acquisitions. He later returned to practice with BDO before joining Monahans.
Dominic advises businesses on corporate tax and corporate finance, with particular expertise in business sales and acquisitions, valuations and due diligence. His experience across both practice and industry means he understands the commercial as well as the technical aspects of these transactions.
One of the aspects of Dominic’s role he finds most rewarding is working with businesses through periods of change, whether that’s supporting growth, planning for a sale or helping business owners prepare for retirement.
Dominic is an ACA Chartered Accountant.
Away from work, Dominic is a regular at Bath Rugby, where he holds a season ticket, and enjoys spending time with his two sons.
