Senior Manager - Audit & Accounts
Heather joined Monahans in 2006 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the firm in 2009, receiving an ICAEW Order of Merit award. She has since built more than 20 years’ experience working with charities and academies.
Heather advises charities and academy trusts on audit, accounts and regulatory requirements, with particular expertise in charity accounting and the complexities of the Academies Accounts Direction, Academy Trust Handbook and SORP.
Heather enjoys working with organisations in the not-for-profit sector, providing advice alongside statutory compliance and helping clients navigate the changing requirements that affect charities and academies.
Heather is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds the ICAEW Diploma in Charity Accounting (DChA).
Away from work, Heather spends as much time as she can with family and friends, making memories with her young son.
