Senior HR Consultant
Juliet has worked in HR since 1999 and joined Monahans in 2018. As an experienced HR generalist, she supports businesses with every aspect of people management, from day-to-day HR advice through to strategic projects and organisational change.
She works with businesses across a wide range of sectors, providing practical HR support on employee relations, recruitment, restructures, TUPE, organisational development, training and policy reviews. Whether clients need ongoing retained HR support or help with a specific project, Juliet works alongside business owners to provide advice that fits the needs of their business.
Juliet particularly enjoys the variety that comes from working with different businesses and helping employers deal with the people challenges that every organisation faces.
Juliet is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds an Honours Degree together with a Postgraduate Certificate in Management.
Away from work, Juliet enjoys making the most of family time.
