Lee Brinkworth

Lee joined Monahans in 2025 after spending more than 12 years with another leading accountancy firm. With over 10 years’ experience advising owner-managed businesses, he works with clients at every stage of their journey, from start-up and growth through to acquisitions, disposals and eventual exit.

His expertise covers statutory accounts, tax compliance and business advisory services, helping business owners make informed decisions as their businesses evolve. Lee particularly enjoys working with clients over the long term, getting to know their ambitions and supporting them through the key milestones that shape both their businesses and their lives.

Lee is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

When he’s not working with clients, Lee is usually watching or playing sport. He’s recently taken up golf (with mixed success!), enjoys trips to Kingsholm to watch Gloucester Rugby and is a loyal Liverpool FC supporter.
