Lucienne joined Monahans in 2024 following the transition from Moore South West, where she spent 15 years advising businesses across a wide range of sectors. She has particular experience working with healthcare clients, including medical and dental practices, alongside owner-managed businesses at different stages of growth.

Her work spans accounts, tax and business advisory services, supporting business owners with everything from day-to-day financial matters to strategic decisions. Lucienne also acts as an ad hoc Finance Director, helping clients strengthen financial management and plan for the future.

Before specialising in owner-managed businesses, Lucienne worked with a diverse client base including listed companies, schools, housing associations and charities, giving her a broad perspective across different sectors.

Lucienne is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Away from the office, Lucienne enjoys exploring her creative side through art, baking and cooking for family and friends. She also loves travelling, whether that’s discovering somewhere new in the UK or heading further afield.
