Senior Manager - Insolvency

Paul has worked in insolvency and business recovery for more than 35 years. He began his career at the Official Receiver’s Office in London before moving to BDO and later KPMG, where he specialised in insolvency, business rescue and bankruptcies. After relocating to Oxfordshire in 2003, he continued to build his experience with an Oxford-based practice before joining Begbies Traynor in 2018. In 2021, Paul joined Monahans as Senior Manager in the insolvency team, now trading as The Insolvency Company.

Paul advises individuals and businesses on all aspects of insolvency and business recovery, with particular expertise in insolvent liquidations, bankruptcy and business rescue. Drawing on more than three decades of experience, he helps clients understand their options and find practical solutions during what is often a challenging time.

Paul believes the best outcomes start by listening. He is known for his approachable manner and straightforward advice, taking the time to understand each situation and helping clients resolve problems as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Paul holds a BTEC Diploma in Business Studies.

Outside work, Paul enjoys a round of golf, watching almost any sport and settling down with a good film.
