Simon Nuttall

Simon joined Monahans in 2024 following the transition from McGills, where he built his career after training with Pearson May in Bath and Chippenham. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with owner-managed businesses, supporting them with accounts, tax and business advice.

His client portfolio spans a wide variety of industries, with particular experience advising businesses in the construction, agricultural and motor sectors. Simon is known for providing clear, no-nonsense advice that’s easy to understand, helping business owners make informed decisions with confidence.

For Simon, one of the best parts of the job is working with people. He enjoys getting to know his clients, understanding how their businesses operate and helping them tackle the issues that matter most to them.

Simon is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA).

Outside work, Simon is heavily involved in the heritage sector and has a real enthusiasm for all things old and mechanical from classic cars and motorbikes to traction engines and heritage railways.
